Biden has also claimed that the 2020 election was nearly stolen by Putin, again. Conversely Trump did acknowledge Biden as the formal winner.

As to me I find it incredible that in an epidemic year Trump's votes rose on average 18% from 63m to 74m, and Biden's votes were on average 22% higher than Rodham-Clinton, from 65m to 80m, also because the national averages include much, much higher surges in Republican and Democratic areas, e.g. 60% surge from 2016 to 2020 in some critical Democratic areas. If I were a cynic I would think that both the Republican and Democratic machines cheated on a truly gigantic scale, and the Democratic cheating was much bigger.

Trump has kept complaining about widespread cheating, and was himself surprised by the surge in his voting numbers well beyond his most optimistic goal, so I can understand his "surprise" that lackluster candidate Biden got 15 million more votes in 2020 than an inspirational candidate like Rodham-Clinton herself in 2016:

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-56563469
«"They said get 66 million votes, sir, and the election is over.
